Act 2, Scene 2&3

Poor Cassio! Iago told me that Cassio got into a duel with Montano and stabbed him. Well, maybe if Cassio wasnt such an easy drunk then he wouldnt get into these situations and make a complete fool out of himself. When Othello heard about this he came downstairs and fired Cassio. I feel bad about this but part of me is quite happy. Maybe now Iago can get the positon that he really deserves. I have noticed a change in Iago lately. I dont know what it is but he does not seem to be himself. Constantly I catch him muttering to himself and once I thought I heard him say that he hates the moor. I know this cannot possibly be because Iago loves Othello more than life itself. I probably just misheard him. How happy Desdemona is! She really, truly loves Othello above anything in this world.

Very good post. I think you are really catching Emelia’s voice here. I enjoyed reading this one.
